With Your Consent

We may share your information with additional parties when you explicitly authorize us to do so.

TCPA & Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the TCPA consent box on our quote form, you expressly consent to receive communications from FullCareAI Insurance and its licensed agents, including:

• Phone calls (including calls using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial/prerecorded voice)
• Text messages (SMS and MMS)
• Email messages

These communications may include insurance quotes, follow-ups, policy information, and related topics. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email

We honor opt-out requests promptly, typically within 10 business days. Note that even after opting out, we may contact you for transactional purposes directly related to an active application or policy.

HIPAA & Health Information

In connection with life, disability, or long-term care insurance applications, you may provide health-related information. To the extent that FullCareAI Insurance acts as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with applicable HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

Health information you provide is used solely for the purpose of obtaining insurance quotes and facilitating applications. It is not used for any other marketing purpose and is not sold or shared except as necessary to obtain your requested insurance coverage or as required by law.

Our technology infrastructure operates under a Google Workspace Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling of any health-related information stored within our systems.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted through our website
• Secure cloud storage through Google Workspace with access controls and audit logging
• Cloudflare DDoS protection and Web Application Firewall on our website
• Access to personal data limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
• Regular review of security practices and procedures

While we employ strong security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Specifically:

• Quote request data: Retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with Florida insurance record-keeping requirements.
• Consent records: Retained for the duration of our relationship and for a minimum of 5 years thereafter, as required for TCPA compliance documentation.
• Policy-related records: Retained for the life of the policy plus applicable statutory periods.
• Marketing opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to honor your opt-out preference.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

Your Rights & Choices
