By providing your phone number and checking the TCPA consent box on our quote form, you expressly consent to receive communications from FullCareAI Insurance and its licensed agents, including:
- Phone calls (including calls using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial/prerecorded voice)
- Text messages (SMS and MMS)
- Email messages
These communications may include insurance quotes, follow-ups, policy information, and related topics. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.
Opting Out
You may withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at any time by:

To the extent that FullCareAI Insurance acts as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with applicable HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
Health information you provide is used solely for the purpose of obtaining insurance quotes and facilitating applications. It is not used for any other marketing purpose and is not sold or shared except as necessary to obtain your requested insurance coverage or as required by law.
Our technology infrastructure operates under a Google Workspace Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling of any health-related information stored within our systems.
Data Security
