All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the issued policy.

Premium quotes and estimates displayed or communicated are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. Final premiums are determined by the insurance carrier following underwriting review and are subject to change without notice.

Accuracy of Information You Provide

Arbitration

For disputes not subject to regulatory resolution, you and FullCareAI Insurance agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised Terms on this page. For significant changes, we may also notify active clients by email.
